These SMS Program Terms apply to text message notifications sent by TackStrip, a product of LodeBear Software LLC. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages through TackStrip, you agree to these terms.
TackStrip sends automated SMS notifications to flooring installation crew members, field supervisors, and subcontractors to support job scheduling, work order updates, and crew coordination. Messages are sent on behalf of your employer or the flooring business that has engaged you as a crew member or contractor.
Message types include:
Message frequency varies based on your work schedule and active job assignments. You may receive up to several messages per day during active job periods. Messages are only sent in connection with active work orders assigned to you through TackStrip.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.
You consent to receive SMS messages from TackStrip when your mobile number is added to the TackStrip platform by your employer or contracting company and you acknowledge the SMS consent disclosure at enrollment. Consent is not a condition of employment or engagement.
You may opt out of TackStrip SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number.
To re-enroll after opting out, reply START to any prior message from TackStrip, or contact your supervisor to have your number re-enrolled through the TackStrip platform.

TackStrip SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket Wireless. Carrier support may vary.
Your mobile number and message history are used solely to operate the TackStrip SMS notification program. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details on how LodeBear handles personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
LodeBear Software may update these SMS Program Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
